The hotel offers very spacious and clean rooms suitable for two adults and one child, but be wary of the park view room which overlooks the parking area. The service is excellent, with multilingual staff making our stay more pleasant. The location is fantastic, close to the beach despite some noise from nearby shops. The dining experience can be time-consuming with set hours, yet the fresh meat offerings are noteworthy.

The service was excellent in Bulgarian, English, German, and French. The staff were friendly and tried to help despite the shortcomings from the management. They respected safety measures and reinforced rules for visitors.

The location was fantastic. However, it was not comfortable for me as I was with two small children, and the nearest shops and services operated late in the morning. The area is narrower compared to other areas in Golden Sands.
